A company that blends tradition and innovation. Acqua Fiuggi preserves a centuries-old heritage and a unique treasure: an oligomineral water born in an unspoiled environment. In line with this continuity, the recent industrial and brand relaunch has renewed facilities, processes, and workspaces, guiding the company toward greater efficiency while maintaining the identity and historic qualities of our water.

The factory

With the inauguration of the new facility on September 19, 2025, Acqua Fiuggi opened its doors to the media and institutions to present the results of a renewal journey that began in the bottling areas and extended to offices and corporate spaces. It is a strategic project that marks a new industrial phase, with modern, versatile environments aligned with a people-centric culture and operational efficiency.

Technology and Photovoltaic System

We invest in cutting-edge technologies to improve process efficiency and quality while reducing consumption and emissions. A photovoltaic system is in operation at the site and we apply responsible production practices, in line with ESG principles, to limit waste and impact across the value chain.

New bottles undergo a double-rinse cycle: first with ozonized water, then with mineral water, which is recovered, re-ozonized, and reused for the next first rinse. This saves approximately 22,000,000 liters of water per year.

New rPET Line

Designed for maximum flexibility, the new rPET line handles five formats for modern retail and Ho.Re.Ca. in Still, Sparkling and Lightly sparkling, with a capacity of 18,000 bph.
The rPET line is the PET one, recycled from post-consumer bottles, decontaminated and suitable for food contact, enabling bottle-to-bottle use.
High-efficiency blowing, filling with dedicated saturation, and tethered-ready capping with in-line cap and fill checks ensure consistent quality; the water-recovery double-rinse system saves about 22 million liters of water per year.

The range

Acqua Fiuggi renews the glass line (VAP ) and introduces a new rPET line. The PET used contains 30% recycled content, above regulatory requirements, chosen for quality and environmental consideration. Both lines feature a new design and are available in three tastes: Still, Sparkling, and Lightly sparkling. The range expands with new references and formats designed to enhance the experience in different contexts while preserving uniqueness and recognizability.

The latest mural symbolizes this connection: it tells the story of Fiuggi and celebrates its springs, local culture, and the connection with Acqua Fiuggi.
